About the Initiative
The Employers’ Network Initiative aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by supporting Mastercard Foundation Scholars in accessing meaningful and dignified work opportunities across Africa that enhance career development and contribute to a more inclusive and skilled workforce.
We aim to connect Mastercard Foundation Scholars and Alumni from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with committed employers across Africa to empower young people through dignified and fulfilling work opportunities, promote inclusive hiring, and build a community of responsible employers. This initiative is grounded in a shared commitment between AUB and socially responsible employers.
