ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION CRITERIA FOR SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS
- Good academic standing in the previous degree
- Financial need
- Commitment to giving back to the community, country, and region
- Leadership skills
- Commitment to attend all the additional learning experiences and workshops required by the Scholars Program
- 35 years or younger
- Demonstration of Readiness for University Studies in English (RUSE) by May 5, 2023.
Tests that you can submit: AUB-EN test, TOEFL IBT, IELTS (Academic), GRE (Verbal), GMAT (Verbal), or DUOLINGO English Test (DET).
How to apply
Interested applicants should:
Step 1: Complete the AUB online graduate application and upload supporting documents by March 31, 2023.
Step 2: Select Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program under the scholarship section of the online graduate application and tick the corresponding APPLY checkbox. Then, click “Save” to submit your changes.
Step 4: Fill out the AUB Financial Aid application (deadline to be communicated to applicants who will receive access to the financial aid application 1-2 weeks after completing Step 2). The deadline for FAID is not March 31.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For an application to be considered complete, applicants must have completed (1) the AUB online graduate application, (2) the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program survey, and (3) the AUB Financial Aid Application.
