In just six months, the AUB team designed and created six new courses in the Maroun Semaan Faculty of Engineering and Architecture to ensure that TL students receive credit for their participation in the program. The TLP courses at AUB include a summer training course, VIP graduate and undergraduate courses, and a Create-X entrepreneurship course. In May, AUB and LAU (who is a partner in this project) were officially added to the worldwide VIP consortium that includes 53 universities and became the first VIP centers in the MENA region.
In August 2021, the American University of Cairo (AUC) joined the TLP family. They will connect more than 12 TL students with industry partners to work on 6 entrepreneurial and research projects following the VIP and Create-X programs. AUB is collaborating with AUC for a successful implementation of the college to work pipeline project.
