Master's Degrees in Chemical Engineering (ME)
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Baha and Walid Bassatne Department of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Energy fosters a community of scholars, among its faculty members and graduate students, with the interest of advancing knowledge and contributing to the profession. The program offers one graduate program: Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering (ME).

    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The five main Program Learning Objectives (PLOs) will help the graduate students to:

    • Analyze qualitative and/or quantitative research information, in creative projects related to their graduate program.
    • Analyze core concepts, theories and practices in different areas of study in their discipline.
    • Demonstrate scholarly communication skills in clear, detailed and well-structured scientific oral format consistent with high standards of their discipline.
    • Demonstrate scholarly communication skills in clear, detailed and well-structured scientific written format consistent with high standards of their discipline.
    • Apply professionalism and ethical conduct in their discipline.​
