​​​​​​The mission of the Industrial Engineering program is to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to obtain employment and achieve leadership in the industrial engineering profession and excel in graduate education, as well as to provide employers in Lebanon and the region with technically advanced industrial engineers who understand ethical decision-making and have an informed and perceptive understanding of business.​

The mission of the Engineering Management program is to equip graduates with a fundamental set of theories and analytical tools that enable them to assume positions of increasing managerial responsibility in technical environments, and to appropriately respond to changes in technology and markets.
