Fawzi W. Azar Architectural Award recognizes AUB student creativity

​​​​​​Just like every year since 1996, Architecture students at AUB’s Maroun Semaan Faculty of Engineering and Architecture participated in the competition of the Fawzi W. Azar Architectural Award.

The award ceremony took place on October 16, 2018,  announcing the winning projects: Christina Battikha (1st prize) and Amina Kassem (2nd prize)

The Fawzi W. Azar Award​ is an annual award toward tuition of $10,000 to one or more students entering the fifth year in the architecture program based on grades in the design courses and the 4th year project.​ Until today, more than 30 students have been a​warded, and many more have benefited from the experience of participating in such a competition.
