​Glass goblet (Inventory# 3943)

Late Roman Period, 5th – 7th c. AD

Today let's have a look at one of the surviving, yet broken glass pieces of the AUB Archaeological Museum.

It's a pale-yellow goblet, probably a wine glass (8.8x7.05 cm), with a foot base, and a bell-shaped body blown into a deep mold. then twisted.
