Eco-Transition & Circularity

EXPLORE THE ECO-TRANSITION & CIRCULARITY PROGRAM

Rethinking how economies function and proposing strategies for alternative business models
directly support nature conservation (Ellen McArthur Foundation, 2024). Central to regenerative
business models and eco-transition is the aim of not only extending product and service lifecycles
but also ensuring a net-positive outcome for the environment (World Economic Forum, 2019).
Embedding circularity and sustainability at the core of initiatives contributes to the protection of
nature and its invaluable resources (EEA, 2023).

In alignment with these principles, ETC is designed to encourage a regenerative society by fostering circularity and divesting away from unsustainable practices. ETC aims to enhance environmental stewardship among citizens and organizations, promote resource efficiency, and inspire innovative solutions for sustainable development. The program addresses pressing environmental issues such as waste management, recycling, circular economy, green transition, and resource efficiency.
