ERASMUS+

​​​​​​​​​​​Erasmus+ is a special type of exchange program, where AUB students pay their usual tuition fees to AUB while attending a European university and students from European universities pay their home university tuition costs while attending AUB. In most cases, a stipend and travel expenses are a also supplied.

Eligibility

  • As an undergraduate student, you must have completed 24 sophomore credits.
  • As a graduate student you must have completed 6 credits.
  • You must be in good academic standing.
  • It is against AUB regulations to study abroad during the final semester at AUB.
  • Financial need
  • Students will be selected by the Study Abroad Committee and in collaboration with faculties.

Priority will be give to students who have NOT previously been granted Erasmus​+ funding

Funding

European Union funding covers round-trip transportation and a set monthly stipend, usually about 850 Euros to allow coverage of food and housing.
Funding is only granted to students who are enrolled in course load equivalent to 15 US credits.
