
Dr. Ahmad Zaghal
Dr. Ahmad Zaghal is a pediatric surgeon and a clinical educator at the American University of Beirut Medical Center and Faculty of Medicine. Being a Van Dyk medical educator, a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), and a full-time faculty member in the department of Surgery who is heavily involved with the undergraduate and postgraduate training of future surgeons places him at the heart of the healthcare education realm. Additionally, Dr. Zaghal is the director of the surgical programs of the Healthcare Professional Development Center (HPDC) of AUB which is responsible for evaluating and quality assuring of all the continued education programs targeting healthcare professionals, hence his theoretical understanding and practical insights in relation to professional development programs.
Mrs. Rawia Kaissi
Rawia Kaissi has more than 15 years of experience developing leaders in Middle East and North Africa. Her coaching style utilizes both mentorship and non-directive approaches, enabling leaders to create win-win situations, develop and leverage their influencing capabilities, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, understand their priorities, and build the confidence they need for executive success. Rawia holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, an Executive Coaching Diploma from Noble Manhattan, and is accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring.

Mr. Raffi Elmajian
Raffi is an inter-disciplinary Coach whose subject matter expertise lies in leadership development, executive coaching, and capability assessment. With a background in clinical psychology and therapy – holding a Master's degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut, he has built over 15 years of experience working with human behavior and its development. He capitalizes on his foundational training, as well as the relevant tools within the field, to coach professionals towards achieving desired outcomes, applying psychology in business. Raffi's preferred coaching approach is relying on evidence-based methodologies for capabilities development, which he has successfully implemented with leaders from different geographies (EMEA), sectors (Private, Semi-Governmental, Public), and seniorities (Middle Management to C-suite). Furthermore, he tailors the techniques he uses based on the unique requirements of each individual he works with, which makes the journey personal yet results-oriented, emphasizing self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
