Fullbridge U – a unique blended-learning experience that introduces students to professional and career-readiness skills through authentic workplace scenarios and team-based activities. The eight-week program provides undergraduates with the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of core skills such as effective teamwork, problem solving, project planning, and design thinking. Students will also develop an individual career roadmap, LinkedIn profile, and submission-ready resume. Because of the blended online and in-person nature of the program, learners build critical remote-working and time-management skills as they work together to complete team-based projects effectively and efficiently.
CMS holds a series of workshops and training for its students in order to prepare them to enter the workforce with full confidence and equip them with the necessary professional skills to survive and strive in a working environment. Each workshop is designed to focus on a set of specific career-related skills tailored to fit today’s market demands. Guidance and Career Counseling
Expanding the role of career counseling is a key development for CMS, and will be achieved through the implementation of psychometric assessments and one-on-one career counseling to better align student interests with the appropriate career path. Students can book appointments to receive guidance on job searching, CV and cover letter writing, interviewing skills, and career pathing.
CMS holds several events for our students throughout the academic year. Companies from various industries, from consulting to FMCGs, F&B, banks, and start-ups hold events at OSB, including on-site networking and recruitment, corporate presentations, and case competitions, with the aim to recruit OSB graduates from across the programs.
