CRP Program: Turning Learning into Real-World Impact
The CRP Program continues to demonstrate its value by placing students in real professional environments where learning goes far beyond theory. This CRP cohort was exceptional across various industries such as supply chain, finance, retail, sustainability, analytics, and operations, through immersive, hands-on roles that enabled them to make a tangible impact, develop critical skills, and gain clarity on their career paths.
Ahmad El Husseini was immersed in the full supply chain cycle at Transmed, contributing to logistics optimization initiatives that improved efficiency and operational decision-making through real-time analytics, ultimately delivering a project that enabled data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions. At Transmed as well, Tracy Samaha became part of an experience that truly shaped her, working hands-on with real data and business strategies to translate analysis into insights that improved availability, supported smarter merchandising decisions, and drove customer-focused outcomes. Yasmina Naim’s experience at CMA Beirut Terminal translated analysis into tangible results, spanning finance, sustainability, and operations, where she transformed operational data into actionable insights that supported cost optimization, performance improvement, and long-term sustainability initiatives through the delivery of a strategic decarbonization project truly planting for the future.
In a corporate finance setting, Dany Mekary gained strong exposure to financial planning and analysis, supporting feasibility studies, budgeting, and valuation work while strengthening both his technical and analytical skills, with the internship also contributing significantly to his personal and professional growth. Lea Hammoud’s internship in investment banking allowed her to engage in company valuations and due diligence, sharpening her technical abilities and professional communication in a fast-paced environment that pushed her out of her comfort zone, accelerated her growth on multiple levels, and highlighted how inspiring joining the CRP was for her. For Theo Chachati, the experience marked a turning point, as he was entrusted with real responsibility early on, sharpened his confidence, discipline, and ability to think and perform under pressure, and gained a deeper understanding of how financial data and precision directly influence business decisions.
Collectively, these experiences reflect how the CRP Program empowers students to move beyond theory, build confidence, and make tangible contributions in real professional settings. By enabling students to contribute, analyze, and create impact, the program plays a critical role in turning learning into action, shaping career-ready graduates both professionally and personally.
