Farah Ismail works as a business analyst at Publicis Groupe, managing commercial projects across the company, working directly with the data intelligence team. She is chiefly responsible for analyzing, understanding ecommerce, and translating this landscape to wider company dashboards and reporting/POV. Previously, she worked as program coordinator for the undergraduate office at OSB.
As a student of the MSBA program, Farah was exposed to the power of big data, AI, and data science. The program helped her expand her understanding and thinking in problem analysis, and the diversity of the student body enriched the learning experience. She adds, “As a coder learning a computer language, the Master’s at AUB-OSB taught us the value of persistence. This complimented my ability to be a top performer, to absorb new information, whether I am cleaning data, or creating visualization and analysis tools; paying particular attention to detail; or being a competent communicator”
