​Suliman S. Olayan School of Business marks 10 years of AACSB accreditation and extends it for another five years

​​​​​​​​​American University of Beirut Suliman S. Olayan School of Business (OSB) has been reaccredited for five years by the AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business​ (AACSB)​, demonstrating continuous development and attaining the most rigorous standards of excellence in business education. 

Accreditation with AACSB is mission-focused and each institution has the responsibility of demonstrating progress towards the uniqueness of its vision and purpose. And at OSB, this means we have sights set on transforming business thinking in the MENA region as a local authority among the international top schools. OSB has been highly regarded within the international community as a business school of the highest quality in teaching, research and outreach and this has been supported by repeated rankings placing OSB as a regional leader among the internationally ranked.

Only five percent of the world's business schools earn this accreditation. Institutions that hold the AACSB accreditation demonstrate their committed to upholding—and advancing—the quality of their programs both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The school currently enrolls over 1,500 of the most select students in the region within its world-class BBAMBAExecutive MBA, and specialized master's degree programs in Human Resources ManagementFinance, and Business Analytics. In addition to its extensive activity in providing executive education throughout the region to leading organizations, the school has long been AACSB International-accredited.
