The Suliman S. Olayan School of Business conducted a three-day intensive Data-Driven Digital Marketing Program through its Executive Education Unit.
Participants from various industries attended the program, designed to provide them with the strategies and tools that are required to growth-hack their business amidst fierce competition. While the program sheds light on the importance of thinking out-of-the-box, it equips them with the right skills to start utilizing data in driving business, and setting effective and efficient digital marketing strategies.
AI and the Big Data revolution are drastically impacting economies. This is disrupting all sectors from finance to health and education, as well as business thinking, marketing, and scaling strategies. Digital marketing has quickly evolved in this era of fast browsing, producing a redundancy of choices into a challenging science of perception, with data as its core driver. The key to the success of marketers is their ability to exploit this data in order to plan, implement, and measure effective digital marketing strategies that influence today's customers. To face all these challenges that are facing marketers and entrepreneurs, this program aims to demystify the role of data in providing critical marketing insights that can pave and shape marketing strategies. It covers the key concepts and strategies of data-driven digital marketing and growth-hacking, with real-world applications and case studies to enable participants identify channels for customer acquisition, create user engagement, personalize customers' experience, increase conversion and retention rates, and maximize the ROI on their marketing budget.
By the end of the Data-Driven Digital Marketing Program, participants are able to plan and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy; prioritize its appropriate channels and tools; detect and analyze out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques; predict their strategic aim; examine the various techniques for search engine optimization; implement and manage search engine advertising campaigns; effectively engage with customers across a diverse range of social media platforms; and create and deliver effective email and mobile marketing campaigns.
