These highly accomplished practitioners significantly enhance the school's offerings in operations management, business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, digital marketing, and executive education.

Dr. Aljukhadar's research, funded by SSHRC (Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada), FQRSC (Fonds Quebecoise de Recherche sur la Société et la culture), and Bombardier Establishment, focuses on consumer behavior in digital environments. He has contributed ten articles to leading marketing and e-commerce journals including Psychology & Marketing, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Information & Management, and International Journal of Information Management. Prior to joining OSB, he taught marketing courses at King Abdulaziz University and the MBA program of HEC Montreal. Dr. Aljukhadar is currently working on three research projects with several international colleagues.
Mohammad Riaz Uddin

Dr. Uddin is a former Fulbright fellow whose research was awarded the Financial Management Editors' Best Paper Award
in Spring 2017 and Outstanding Paper in the 2016 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence. Before joining OSB,
Dr. Uddin taught at the University of Dhaka, North South University, University of Texas at Arlington, and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining OSB, Dr. Nasr worked for the Operations Analytics group at IBM as a senior consultant where he was involved in the design and implementation of mathematical and statistical models for business processes. He also developed and presented Simulation and Business Process Modeling workshops targeting operations analytics practitioners at IBM. Dr. Nasr has been a productive researcher and lecturer for graduate level courses in the fields of project management, decision analysis, and operational management.
- Ph.D., Corporate Sustainability, University of South Australia
Dr. Joseph joined OSB with research expertise in development entrepreneurship and strategic corporate sustainability. He has worked as an academic in Iraq over the last year and has authored publications on the macroeconomic scenario of the region following the independence referendum, along with two upcoming book chapters on the state of the wider political economy of Kurdistan. Although his previous coverage of topics is broad, Dr. Joseph is now focused on development-based entrepreneurship, and he currently has five ongoing projects with UNIDO (Iraq), IOM (Iraq), and UNIDO (Lebanon) to assess the performance of their livelihood projects in the area of business development. His hope is to build expertise in this area with the aim of establishing frameworks that can enhance the investments of international NGOs and governments in the MENA region. Additionally, he has consulting experience in social research, having won and managed close to $800,000 worth of private sector social research grants across 27 projects.

Prior to joining AUB, Dr. Khreich worked as a lead optimization scientist at Exchange Solutions Inc. in Toronto, Canada where he designed and developed adaptive machine learning systems to predict customer behaviors. He was a postdoctoral fellow in computer and electrical engineering at Concordia University, Montreal, and co-led a joint project between Concordia University, Defence R&D Canada, and Ericsson, focusing on machine learning applications for computer security. His research interests include business analytics, anomaly and event detection, machine learning and natural language processing.
Digital Media Officer
Mario oversees content for the school's social media platforms in addition to developing and monitoring cutting-edge campaigns and strategies to engage our online community more fully. In his most recent position as social media community and video production manager at Autoshine Spa, Mario was responsible for creative planning, content development, and digital marketing. He also has held various positions in the fields of advertising and marketing, including social media coordinator at Fortune Promoseven (FP7), event planner at Bank Audi, and client services intern at Leo Burnett in Lebanon. Moreover, Mario has freelanced for organizations such as Redbull, Converse, Lipton, and the Danish Refugee Council in Lebanon to develop corporate videos and digital advertising strategies. Mario holds a B.A. in advertising and marketing from Notre Dame University – Louaize in Lebanon.
Executive in Residence, Director of the EMBA, and Senior Advisor to the Dean
Patrick oversees the EMBA program and assists in increasing the reach of our executive education and related programs. He provides expert advice and support as we develop partnerships and grow centers and hubs of excellence at OSB. Patrick has a deep first-hand strategic and operational knowledge of executive education, educational technologies, and higher education with an extensive portion of his experience within or at the cross-section of the digital and finance industries. Most recently Patrick has been President and CEO of Global Financial Network, Inc. in Boston, a consultancy that focused on strategizing and facilitating higher education and industry partnerships. He was also the senior advisor to the Rector on global strategy at Istanbul Ticaret Universitesi in Turkey. Prior to that, Patrick was Managing Director at Pearson LTD in the USA, the world's leading professional education company, Entrepreneur in Residence at C.P. Baker & Company, Executive Director, global products group at Morgan Stanley, and for many years, he held several Vice President positions at Fidelity Investments.
Program Coordinator, Executive Education
Elsa manages the implementation of Company Specific Programs and Open Enrollment Programs (OEP), coordinating their programs' design. She works closely on blending the EMBA program with the OSB faculty and team to assure relevant engaging online resources for the different courses' subjects. Prior to joining OSB, she worked in training and development with the UN Global Compact initiative and assisted coordinating such efforts as the Women in Data Science conference in collaboration with Stanford University. Elsa graduated from AUB with a BS in Biology in 2012 and earned her MBA degree from OSB with a focus on entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem in 2016.
