  • Integrated Model for Evaluating E-government services Transformation (i-MEET)
This research project aims to provide an Integrated Model for Evaluating E-government services Transformation from stakeholders' perspectives. It is based on an integration of some concepts in a value chain management of services and business process transformation to provide E-Government services (EGs) to optimize the system-wide value chain of satisfaction of providers and users simultaneously versus the disintegrated approach where each stakeholder optimizes its derived value of EGs at the expense of others. The analytical approach inside the performance evaluation framework is based Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) where multiple-inputs and multiple-outputs performance measures are analyzed to provide useful information about stakeholders’ satisfaction, and suggestion on management and transformation of EGs. Hence, it provides a harmonized standard process model for evaluating E-government services.
