Buss 350 D - Venture Building Practicum

Most ventures fail not because of lack of technical know-how and not due to a non-functioning product. They fail because they are not able to attract customers, which is due to not solving the proper problem and/or due to not offering the right solution-lacking problem-solution fit and product-market fit.

OSB's BUSS 350 D, graduate Venture Building Practicum course, offers a learning-by-doing and systematic way to develop and launch a venture by focusing on having the right problem-solution fit and proper product-market fit from the ground up, while making sure venture has adequate market size.
