Director | The Case Hub, Suliman S. Olayan School Of Business
Dr. Randa Salamoun is the Director of the Case Hub at OSB. Dr. Salamoun is an assistant professor of Information Systems and Organizations with a PhD from the University of Manchester. She holds a MSc in Information Systems from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales at the Université de Montréal and a BCom in Finance from McGill University. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Salamoun gained extensive experience in information system development and general management consulting in various industries. Dr. Salamoun participated in various teaching and learning seminars, workshops and conferences, including the Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning and the Case Writing Workshop at Harvard Business School.
She is an avid user of the case method in her teaching, and has authored several cases, and was the recipient of the EFMD case writing award in 2015.

Imane EL Ghazali is a professor of Economics at ESCA Ecole de Management and held for many years the position of director of the ESCA Business Case Center. She is a confirmed case method trainer and provides seminars and workshops related to cases writing as well as how to teach with cases.
Imane has co-edited casebooks on case studies and is author of several articles and chapters on the case method. She is author of several case studies dealing with MENA region, she is co-author of the 2020 EFMD Competition-winning “How can an African company stand out in a premium shoe market. The Benson shoes case in Morocco”. This case also was published in the inaugural edition of Case Focus, A peer reviewed Journal of Business & Management Teaching Cases, Middle East and Africa Edition. Another of her cases will soon be published in the 4th edition of Case Focus Journal.
She directly supervises and reviews the authors’ case projects at ESCA. Most of cases she supervised have won prestigious prizes at the EFMD case competitions or are in international case catalogs or published in case studies books. So far, she has reviewed more than 80 case studies in the Management Field.
Imane El Ghazali has co-organized all the case activities of a Tempus (Erasmus+) project called PORFIRE (2014-2017): seminars, workshops, final case studies workshop, case reviewing, case writing coaching, case teaching coaching, etc.

Glenn Rowe served in the Canadian Navy for 22 years. He served as the Commanding Officer of Minor Warships in his last three years. He entered academia in 1990. He has taught at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Texas A&M (while a PhD student) and as an invited professor at Royal Roads University and IPADE Business School in Mexico City. Since joining Ivey in 2001 he has served as Coordinator, General Management PhD program (2002-2009); as Director, Ivey's EMBA Program (2009-2012). He has taught in Ivey’s HBA (undergraduate), MBA, MSc, MMA, AMBA, EMBA, and PhD programs. Currently, he teaches the core Business Unit strategy course in Ivey’s MSc/MMA/AMBA programs, and a Corporate Strategy elective in Ivey’s MBA and HBA programs. Also, he co-teaches an MBA course in Responsible Governance. Further, he has taught in Ivey’s Executive Education programs and has facilitated Case Teaching/Writing Workshops for faculty in business schools and colleges in the US, Lebanon, Qatar, Mexico and Canada.
He is a coauthor of two textbooks currently in use: Cases in Leadership (5th) and Strategic Analysis and Action (10th). He is an active researcher and has written/co-authored 70 cases. He served as the Executive Director, Ivey Publishing (Ivey’s case publishing house) from January 2016 to December 2019.

Regional Head, Middle East and Africa | AACSB International
Ihsan Zakri serves as a Regional Head of Middle East and Africa at AACSB International. Ihsan works with both the Executive Vice President, Global Chief Membership Officer, and the Global Chief Accreditation Officer to develop and implement integrated accreditation and member service and engagement initiatives in the EMEA region. Ihsan has been with AACSB since 2016 and he played an important role in engaging schools in the region within AACSB’s Business Education Alliance, and in his role as accreditation liaison, he has supported the success of the 54 accredited schools, as well over 40 schools in the Middle East and Africa currently in the accreditation process. Ihsan has an international background in higher education, program and Institutional accreditation and business and program development. He gained extensive experience in accreditation and EU funded projects before joining AACSB. Ihsan has earned a master’s degree in social sciences with a concentration on the Middle East from Lund University, Sweden, and served as a faculty member at the university of Amsterdam before joining AACSB.

Vicky joined The Case Centre in 1991 and has worked in many areas of the business, including sales, operations and systems. She was appointed Deputy Director in 2008 and worked alongside the previous Director on planning and implementing the organisation’s business strategy.
Vicky regularly represents The Case Centre as a speaker and moderator at conferences, webinars and events around the world. She also enjoys reviewing and judging cases for a variety of case writing competitions. Vicky is Editor-in-Chief of The Case Centre's journal, Case Focus: The Journal of Business & Management Teaching Cases, Middle East and Africa Edition.
Vicky holds a Diploma in Management Studies from De Montfort University. She also completed the Business Growth Programme at Cranfield School of Management.
