General Guidelines:
Suppliers must fully comply with all
specifications, terms, and condition of the published bids. Proposals may be
submitted only as instructed in the tender. Only qualified suppliers
should participate in the published bids.
Proposal documents must be signed by an
authorized representative of the supplier, each page must be initialed, and the
final page must be signed and dated.
Prices must be quoted in US $ or LL for each
item tendered inclusive of all expenses. All bid prices shall be net, and
exclusive of value added tax (VAT).
Offers pertaining to RFP and ITBs will be
accepted Monday to Friday 8:00 am–1:00 pm up to the closing time of the Office
of Financial Planning, College Hall, 2nd floor, Room 218, AUB. A receipt will
be issued as evidence of delivery.
Invited bidders who are unable or unwilling to
submit a bid are requested to submit a written apology instead.
AUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids
received.
Proposals will be treated as final and binding
offers and may not be amended or withdrawn without the written permission of
the university. All materials submitted in response published tenders shall
become the property of AUB. Selection or rejection of a proposal does not
affect such right.
