Travel insurance for University-sponsored trips can now be accessed from Oracle self-service (click here for the user manual)
Please make sure to:
1. Apply for travel insurance at least one week in advance
2. Upload a scan of your approved leave request to the travel insurance form
In case of a claim, it is a must to call the emergency number on the insurance certificate and provide them with Policy number, Name of insured, Passport number, & Cause of call. Travel insurance covers accidents only. Pre-existing, chronic, or cases that can be treated later are not covered. Coverage above 80 years old or above 200 days requires pre-approval and follows a special procedure.
