Early Career Faculty Development Workshops

The Early Career Development Workshops are designed for faculty members who joined AUB within the last three years. They serve as a follow-up to the New Faculty Orientation and provide sustained support during the critical early years of the academic journey.
Through interactive sessions and peer exchange, the workshops address core dimensions of faculty life at AUB—research, teaching, and service—with the aim of helping early career faculty build the knowledge, skills, and networks they need to thrive. Topics range from enhancing research visibility and publication strategies, to innovative teaching practices and classroom engagement, to understanding service roles and leadership opportunities.
By participating, faculty will gain practical tools, peer connections, and a clearer sense of how to chart a successful academic career at AUB.
