Tendering instructions and guidelines
Interested bidders should collect the Bid Invitation from the Supply Chain Office.
Prices must be quoted in USD ($) or LBP (LL).
All expenses incurred from transportation or labor are on the auctioneer.
All bid prices shall be net and exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Tenders should be submitted in a [sealed envelope] stamped with the auctioneer's name or company's name, address, and telephone number. The tender reference number must be clearly shown on all submissions.
Tenders will be accepted on working days, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm up to the closing date of the auction.Supply Chain Office - Bldg 56, Ground Floor. Receipt will be issued as evidence of delivery of your tender.
AUB reserves the right to cancel any auction at its own discretion.

معلومات حول كيفية تقديم العروض
على الراغبين بالتقدّم بالمزاد، أخذ العروض من مكتب سلسلة الإمداد.
الأسعار يجب أن تكون بالليرة اللبنانية او بالدولار الأميركي.
جميع المصاريف المترتّبة على النقل و التحميل، هي على عاتق مقدّم العرض.
إن السعر المعروض يجب ان لا يشمل الضريبة على القيمة المضافة.
يسلّم العرض بالظرف المختوم، على أن يكتب بوضوح الإسم ، العنوان، رقم الهاتف، و رقم العرض.
تقبل العروض يوميّا من يوم الإثنين حتّى يوم الجمعة، من الساعة الثامنة صباحا حتّى الساعة الخامسة خلال دوام العمل. و ذلك لغاية موعد نهاية قبول الطلبات لدى مكتب مدير العروض - مكتب سلسلة الإمداد - مبنى 56 - الطابق الأرضي .
بعد إيداع العرض، يحصل مقدّم العرض على إيصال يثبت إيداعه للعرض.
يحق للجامعة الأميركية في بيروت بـإلغاء بعض أو كلّ المزادات.
