If you are a New AUB Student, you must Activate Your AUBnet Account first. Then, await further instructions sent to your preferred email address, which you provided to the Office of Admissions.
Login to your AUB Office 365 account.
1. If you are accessing your new email for the first time, please go to
www.aub.edu.lb/password and change you password. "you need to wait 10 min before you follow step 2"
3. In "Microsoft account" field, please enter your Office 365 email address that consists of your AUBnet username followed by @mail.aub.edu
Example: If your AUBnet username is xxx00, your Office 365 address would be xxx00@mail.aub.edu
3. Enter your new password
4. Click on Sign In

What happens to my AUBnet@aub.edu.lb address?
Your AUBnet@aub.edu.lb email adress is now an alias, so all emails addressed to you as AUBnet@aub.edu.lb will be delivered directly to your Office 365 mailbox.
What happens to my existing Imail folders?
All your email folders will be migrated to Office 365 including any preset forwarding rule.
What happens after I change my AUBnet password?
When you change your AUBnet password, a secure process is executed to synchronize instantly your AUBnet password with your Office 365 password.
How to configure my email on my mobile, smart phone, Outlook client etc?
You may follow the instructions described in this link http://help.outlook.com.
Should I notify people I know about my new email address?
Its better to get use to your new email address and notify your contacts about this change, however all emails sent to your AUBnet@aub.edu.lb will be delivered to your Office 365 mailbox as well.
