Capacity Requests for Biology Courses

To ensure a smooth online registration process, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Course Registration Instructions:

    You may want to check the following link (on how to register for courses): Course registration Demonstration
  2. Self-Registration and Capacity Permits:

    Try to register on your own to secure your desired classes. If a class is full, you may consider requesting a capacity permit.
  3. Biology Capacity Requests Only:

    Use the link below to submit capacity requests for Biology courses only. For other departments, please contact them directly​

How to fill the capacity request form for BIOLOGY courses (all have BIOL as the prefix):

  • You must sign in with your AUB email only.
  • Submit a separate capacity request for each Biology course (not for individual sections).
  • If you've requested capacity for multiple courses but need only one, specify your course priority in the final section of the form.
  • Notification of the results will be sent by email.
  • This form will remain available throughout the current registration period till Drop and add period.
  • Note that requests submitted before the registration period begins will not be considered.

4-      Avoiding Email Redundancy:

  • Once you receive an email confirmation after submitting the form, there is no need to send an additional email regarding your submission.
  • Only the most recent submiss​ion will be considered, which may affect your position on the list and reduce your chance of receiving a capacity permit.

5-      To assist you better, always remember to include your AUB ID # in all your email inquiries.​
