  1. ​​​​Managing the major renovations of the 65 existing campus buildings starting from planning through design till construction and completion.
  2. Managing the constructions of new buildings/facilities in line with the campus master plan guidelines.
  3. Handling the real estate services that support the University’s strategic expansion mission.
  4. Acquiring the needed permits related to the University facilities.
  5. Following up and processing the various taxes related to the Campus and Medical Center properties.
  6. Implementing the University’s sustainability initiatives that relate to energy management, waste management, and sustainable designs.
  7. Developing and applying a safety and risk management program for the University (Campus, Medical Center and the Advancing Research Enabling Communities Center -AREC in Bekaa).
