General Information
Each room is equipped with a closet, desk, and chair. Beds are furnished with cover mattresses only (bed sheets & pillows are to be purchased by the resident).
Both Penrose & Kerr Hall residences can be directly accessed from Bliss Street.
A common entertaining and furnished lounge is available in each residence hall and is equipped with a TV and seating areas
Common kitchens standardly equipped with a stove/electric plate, microwave & fridge.
Vending machine dispensers providing snacks and soft drinks are available in the common lounge
Internet/ WIFI/Power are round the clock
Campus premises are standardly secure and guarded by security officers 24/7
The reception at each residence hall operates round-the-clock
Each residence hall is managed by a head resident who is in charge of the residents at all time and in case of emergencies
Each residence is equipped with a free laundry service room which includes washing machines and dryers
Cleaning services include the cleaning of the rooms, bathrooms, common areas and hallways according to a cleaning schedule with no extra charges.
Maintenance and repair work inside are completed following completion of the “maintenance survey form” (available on the Student Housing homepage under “Report a Maintenance Problem” section).
Storage rooms are available across all residence halls.
