Sally Sawaya awarded Rasha and Nouhad Daouk Student Development Award

Sally Sawaya, PhD candidate at NFSC, received the Rasha and Nouhad Daouk Student Development Award, which sponsored her attendance at the European and International Congress on Obesity 2020.

Ms. Sawaya presented a poster of her PhD research and her research was published in the Congress Program. This year’s Congress discussed the latest research outcomes for treating obesity, which include diet, physical activity, pharmacotherapy, and bariatric surgery.
