​​​Cleared graduates from any term must schedule an appointment to pick up their degrees at the Office of the Registrar window in College Hall. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request you to book an appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that we can prepare your degree.

Appointments for degree pick-up  are available daily for a two-week period following the respective Senate votes for summer, fall, and spring graduates. The Office of the Registrar communicates these dates with graduating students in advance. Appointments are also available every Wednesday outside of holidays. ​​

Please note that we will n​ot be able to delive​​r your degree to you if you do not follow these directions:

1. You must complete your clearance on-line process before arriving for your appointment. 

2. You must arrive with your Diploma Receipt Form completed and printed. DO NOT EMAIL this form to the Office of the Registrar; bring it with you.
   

3. You must bring your identification card.

4. Students who cannot reach the Office of the Registrar on the assigned dates above may authorize a delgate to keep the appointment by completing both the Authorization Release Form and the Diploma Receipt Form and then providing them to the delegate. DO NOT EMAIL these forms to the Office of the Registrar. Rather, have your delegate bring them with him or her.
   

5. In all cases, the clearance must be finalized and the completed forms must be delivered or w​e cannot release the degree.
